outside of the United States and Canada?

• Do you rent
props?
No, we do not rent props, we
manufacture and sell props.

What are your props made of?
All of our props are made of
plastic.
• What is the best
way to place my order?
For your convenience, you may
place your order with our
downloadable
order form which you can then fax or email to us at
850-969-9888
orders@propsbyidm.com. If you prefer, you
may also call in your order to 800-228-3918 Mon-Fri 9:00am to
5:00pm CST.
• How long will it
take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed and shipped within
2-4 business days. If your order is in a RUSH, there is a
$5.00 handling fee. Maximum expected transit time for orders
placed in the United States is 5-8 days. Orders shipping to
Canada can take up to 10 days.
• Why have I not
received my product yet?

Email Us or call
800-228-3918. Be prepared with the name the order was placed
under and the date in which the order was placed.
• What if my
product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged
please keep the original carton. Call 800-228-3918 with the
tracking number located on the FedEx label to report
you have a damaged item and we will issue a call tag
immediately. Without the original carton we cannot issue a
call tag. You have five (5) days from the date you
receive your package to receive full credit and a call tag to
be issued.
• How do I make a
return?
You must call within 5 days of
receipt of your product to receive a Return Authorization
Number (RAN). All returns must have a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) and be in their original carton to receive a
refund. Returned Items without an RAN will be REFUSED at
receiving dock. All returns and refunds are at the discretion
of Props by IDM. Used / Damaged product will not be accepted
for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Note: There is NO Refund granted on
custom Image Printing.
